Nittälven
Small adventurous river with countless bends
The Nittälven is a small windy river which mostly winds through beautiful pinewood and moorlands. The small river has initially countless bends, and canoeing here is certainly never boaring as you will constantly paddling to a new curve and never know what one is expected. The Nittälven is an unregulated river, and because the ground is very sandy, the river burrows every now and then a new way. Usually only possible to paddle here from March until beginning of May.

Hällefors, in the middle of the wilderness
We are located just 1 km from the center of Hällefors and centrally located for wilderness adventures. Near Svartälven, Silverleden, the nature reserve Knuthöjdsmossen and Grythyttan. An ideal starting point or destination for your canoe, kayak, hiking trip or one of our other outdoor activities!
